Данная статья принадлежит видному мусульманскому мыслителю иранского происхождения, философу и историку науки Сеййед Хоссейну Насру. Автор рассматривает основные философские идеи выдающегося иранского философа и арифа XVII века Садр ад-Дина Ширази (Мулла Садра), принадлежащего направлению ишракиййа и чей труд «Асфар аль-арба’а» вошел в золотой фонд исламской мысли. Принципиальное отличие философской позиции этого ученого от мусульманской перипатетической школы заключается в синтезе умозрительно-философского знания с глубокой духовной рефлексией.
