Раскрывается его роль в развитии джадидизма и новых школ, основанных на звуковом методе в Туркестане. Автор также затрагивает проблему влияния Гаспринского и его методики на развитие образования мусульман Турции. Помимо этого, в работе отмечается существенный вклад просветителя в развитие образования мусульман Индии, где была открыта первая в истории страны новометодная школа, переведен учебник Гаспринского «Ходжаи сыбъян» на язык урду. В статье на примере конкретных личностей и отдельных школ описываются условия, предпосылки возникновения и деятельность некоторых новометодных школ.</p><p>Позаимствовав от них самое лучшее, он создал свою систему, имеющую целью обучение на основе европейских традиций и опирающуюся на исламские ценности. В работе использованы результаты исследований современных ученых, а также материалы татарской периодической печати начала ХХ в.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The article discusses the activities of the scientist and educator Isma‘il Gasprinsky in the field of education of Muslim peoples at the turn of the 19th-20th centuries. Gasprinsky is the author of the sound method of teaching (Phonics). He established elementary schools on the basis of this method. Such schools appeared not only in the central regions of Russia, but also in Turkestan, as well as in Turkey and India.</p><p>The article describes the conditions, prerequisites and activities of some new method schools, dwells on the issue of opening a Jadid school in the city of Bombay.</p><p>The author makes an attempt to determine the essence and methodological basis of the appearance of the sound method. This method was introduced by Gasprinsky into the educational practice of Muslim schools. Gasprinsky's sound method was based on the experience of European, Turkish and Russian schools and on the works of prominent scientists and teachers.
