Статья посвящена рассмотрению наследия арабско-мусульманской культуры, а именно анализу научного вклада Абдуллы Куиллиама, выдающейся личности, которая имеет звание первого европейца, в XIX веке принявшего ислам в Британии. Абдулла Куиллиам использовал возможность для распространения учений ислама среди европейцев. В статье подчеркивается глубокое влияние научных работ Куиллиама, в частности периодических изданий «The Crescent» и «The Islamic World». Эти знаковые исследовательские работы значительно укрепили знания об арабо-мусульманской культуре в Британии, вызвав всплеск интереса к исламской вере. Помимо вклада Куиллиама, в статье также анализируются работы других исследователей, которые занимались аналогичными академическими поисками. Этот сравнительный анализ обогащает дискурс о влиянии ислама в Европе.
