Данная статья посвящена рассмотрению значимости правовых хадисов в Исламе. В статье приведены труды, посвященные данной теме с указанием имен авторов. Раскрываются особенности законодательства, которыми выделяется сунна Пророка Мухаммада (с.а.в.), а также особенности общие с законодательством в Коране.
This article deals with the legal significance of Hadith in Islam. The article presents the works devoted to the topic with the names of the authors. The peculiarities of the legislation, which allocates the Sunnah of Prophet Muhammad (pbuh), as well as features in common with the laws of the Koran.
