The role of human capital in the development of Islamic finance

Abstract
The article reveals an expanded approach to the analysis of human capital, taking into account the role of human capital in the accumulation of both productive and consuming capacity of the individual. The problems of increasing financial literacy, learning the basics of financial services on the principles of Islam are discussed.
