Doct. Sci. (Philol.), leading researcher at the Institute of Oriental Studies of the Russian Academy of Sciences, an expert on the problems of Persian-language literature and philosophy of India. Member of the Writers’ Union of Moscow (2012). Laureate of the International Prize Abu Ali ibn Sina (Avicenna) as a member of the group of scientists of the Institute of Philosophy and Law of the Academy of Sciences of Tajikistan, involved in publishing the works by Avicenna in 10 volumes, including philosophical, pharmacological and minor medical treatises, on the occasion of his 1000th anniversary (1980). Laureate of the International Prize of the Islamic Republic of Iran, awarded to a foreign scientist, as “An outstanding specialist in Iranian studies of Russia, who made a significant contribution to the study of Sufism and the popularization of literature and the language of Farsi” (2015).
