Abstract

Abstract: this article raises the question about the use of debate as an educational technology, promoting the development of students ‹ skills of civilized debate. The debate today is one of the most effective pedagogical technologies, contributing to the development of creative activity of a person that form the ability to present and defend their position, to tolerant dialogue, skills, oratory skills, leadership qualities.. The article also presents public scientific debate about the percentage, its right to existence, if the capital producing the interest or the loan should be interestfree. Muslims will once again meet still highly topical issues debate, permeate the very essence of what is called a percentage of capital.
