Abstract

The paper deals with political biography of the outstanding Iranian religious thinker and activist who was one of the makers of Islamic revolution in Iran – Ayatullah Murtadha Mutahhari (1920-1979). The paper considers the main stages of formation of his personality and participation in anti-Shah political activities of 1960-1970s in Iran.

Abstract

The article considers the concept of “eternal Arab Revelation” in the works of Michel ‘Aflaq, a cofounder and the main ideologist of Ba‘ath party. This is one of the key elements in party’s ideology and originates from the ideas of G.W.F.Hegel. The basic function of this concept in Syrian political system is to legitimate the religious minorities’ rule in the country.

Abstract

This historiographical analisis confirms a great interest of scientists to the problems of poem “Hosrow and Shirin” including the regional level. Although some aspects of this problem have been studied enough in historiography in Soviet period they still need further elaboration.
