The article deals with the major periods of revival of Islam in the Republic of Tatarstan in the post-Soviet period: the period of legalization, the period of institutionalization, the period of structuralization, the period of internal mobilization, the period of determining ideological and theological guidelines.

This article is about modern methods of teaching the Quran. The author expresses which of these interactive ways take place in RII (Russian Islamic Institute). The aim is to show their positive role in spreading of the Quran, the main Holy Writ of muslims.

The article is devoted to covering the concept of intonation styles of teacher’s speech and to the problem of improvement of intonation opportunities of teacher’s speech. The main attention is paid to the consideration of questions, which are concerned with working on a stable coloration units. As the units which make up the intonation styles are represented intonems of different semantic groups (intelligent, valuntative, emotive, pictorial and conversational tone). The author describes the developments of classes on the techniques of speech - traditional and innovative theatre school’s technologies of breathing, articulation and voice training.
