The author of this report narrates about the life of ‘Alimjan Barudi from 1882 to 1918. The author speaks about the opening of Madrasah of «Muhammadiyah», about methods of teaching in it, how the program of this Madrasah had been changing and had been reforming until it was closed in 1918.

The relevance of the research is defined by importance of modernization of Russian education at the higher school which provides the specialized education and it is designated as means of differentiation and individualization of training. The paper purpose - to study the changes in the structure, contents and the organization of educational process. Facultative courses play an important role in the system of the specialized education. Alternatively to facultative courses, nowadays elective courses are obligatory at school. The main approaches are the analysis and systematization in this research. According to the concept of the specialized education at the senior stage of the general education approved by the Ministry of Education of the Russian Federation, the differentiation of the educational content in higher education institution and school is based on various combinations of three types of courses: basic, main, elective. Each of these types of courses promotes achievement of the goals of vocational education. Nevertheless, you can choose the range of the tasks preceding each type of a course. The main results of the research allow considering the interests more, abilities of students, creating conditions for their training according to their professional interests and intentions concerning continuous education. The materials of the research can be used by educational administrative staff when determining the schedule of a training course.
This article deals with analysis of tense-aspect system of the English and Tatar verbs on the example «The invisible man» by H. Wells and its translation into Tatar. Tense-aspect forms of the verb significantly differ in English and Tatar. Comparative analysis of the problem studied helps to understand the specific features of these languages.
