Abstract

This paper analyzes the changing in the perception of the Tatar Muslims of ‘Bukhara’ Islamic education, turning it into a synonym of backwardness and inflexibility. Formation as a pseudo-national nation state led to the highlighting of the political slogans, such as secularism, materialism and scientism, which composed a linear progressive scheme of the history of Tatar people.

Abstract

The article describes the conditions of implementation of accreditation procedures in the field of Muslim education. For the first time public accreditation is considered as a way of ensuring «ideological recognition» of Muslim community from other public groups. Presents historical examples of the use of public evaluation of educational activities in pre-revolutionary madrasah «Husainiya». Three options of introduction of procedures of public accreditation in system of Muslim education are offered; conditions which need to be created for achievement of this purpose are analysed.

Abstract

The article deals with the new phenomenon in the social life of Tatar nation in the beginning of 20th century – ishanism. Ishanism a socio-cultural phenomenon incorporated from Central Asian culture, gains its own peculiarities for the population of Volga and Volga-Urals region in the boundaries of 19-20th century. First of all, ishanism was accepted by progressive part of population as remnants of the past, embodiment of ignorance and consists of negative sides of traditional clergy.

Abstract

This article describes the main aspects of the analysis of the crisis of the Tatar intellectual elite of the late XIX – early XX centuries the solutions to the crisis of the Tatar society Tatar intellectuals see in the revival of the social Sciences, which were buried in the early stage of the formation of Muslim society. They propose to withdraw from the political and scientific isolation and to guide the development of the Tatar society at expanding the horizons of knowledge to achieve progress and to keep pace with the times, with new demands and challenges. Also, according to them, it is important for the Muslim community to take intellectual initiative in their hands, to guide the development of the revival of public institutions, offering them an alternative civilizational solutions.

There appear some complexity in finding the correspondences to the original phraseological unit. Abstract

This study examines the methodology of the teaching of grammar peculiarities in the Turkish language. This paper presents an overview of typical mistakes made by students during the study of a particular grammatical appearance of the Turkish language. The following grammatical peculiarities of Turkish language are presented in this study such as a category of the belonging of the nouns in the Turkish language, the procedure of binding of the Turkish adjectives and numerals with nouns, as well as the word order in a Turkish simple sentence. These aspects are presented in comparison with the similar phenomena in the Russian language. The author of article also informs about ability to build the training process of the Turkish language correctly and logically, giving an analysis of exercises.

Abstract

The following article deals the most important aspects of the problem of application of the discussion method in order to develop the communicative skills in students during the English lessons. Also we give clear representation of such concepts as «communicative skills» and «communicative method of teaching». Basing on the results of comparison between application of the discussion method during English lessons and native language lessons, there were described main advantages of the discussion method as the principal tool for the formation of the communicative skills while speaking English.

This article is devoted to the use of podcasts in contemporary education. The definition of such terms like “podcast” and “podcasting” are given in the article. Also classifications of podcasts and linguadidactical potential of a podcast are represented here. Moreover in this article we examine the methodology of work with authentic podcasts and its stages on a foreign language lesson. The article is based on the works of scientists and scholars who study the concept of podcasting as a new resourse of the development of communicating and speech skills of students.

Abstract

This article deals with the most important aspects of use of authentic videos‘ impact on perception of educational materials and increase of motivation in the learning process. The article also studies the benefits of original videos over other types of learning materials, their weak sides, peculiarities of students’ psycho-physiological mechanisms of perception of visual and auditory information. This work also shows all the stages of building an ESL lesson with the use of authentic video material. The article is based on the works of scientists, scholars, educators interested in a search for new ways of teaching foreign languages, teachers practicing the use of original videos in their work.
